When a monkey or ape reaches puberty it will get more aggressive and try to go up a few rungs on the status ladder by fighting other monkeys, or in this case humans. When fighting for dominance most monkeys/apes will sometimes attack the genitals to keep the rivals from reproducing.......and isn't that what this is all about, keeping stupid fuckers from making babys!
